RUBIK EXPLORATION PROJECT UPDATE JUNE 2009

REGIONAL EXPLORATION
JAB Resources Limited (JAB) has defined a gold province covering approximately 30 sq km north of the township of Rubik in Albania (100 kms from the capital Tirana). Within the area of the Rubik Gold Province there are four separate areas or prospects, where gold values above 1 g/t gold (Au) occur.
The gold mineralisation is thought to be associated with volcanogenic massive sulphides (VMS) deposited along mid oceanic arcs.
The initial focus is in the Gjazuj area, where gold values to 29 g/t Au have been located in past drilling and where soil sampling has defined nine separate “gold in soils” geochemical anomalies.
One anomaly has been extensively drilling. However, only drill intersections with visible quartz veins over widths in excess of 0.2 metres were sampled and assayed. The surrounding finer grained matrix has not been assayed.
In JAB view the historical drilling has clearly demonstrated excellent potential, but has fully evaluated the prospective gold horizon.

THE GJAZUJ GOLD PROSPECT:
The previous assaying of quartz zones intersected in the drilling returned 246 separate assays above 0.5 g/t Au. The average was 5 g/t Au and the highest 29 g/t Au. The widths of these intersections varied from 0.2 metres to 6 metres, the average being 2 metres.
The quartz zones appear to be discontinuous blocks hosted within a limonitic gossan that sub crops over a strike length of around 750 metres.
The gossan only crops out in one location, a creek exposure. Elsewhere the gossan is covered by several metres of basaltic hillside screes and soils in a mountainous heavy forested environment. Therefore it will have to be re-drilled in order for the potential to be fully evaluated.
Channel sampling of the creek exposure by JAB has returned 5 metres at 7.4 g/t Au, which is highly encouraging and significantly wider than that indicated by the drill sampling of the quartz zones
(average width 2 metres).
In the creek outcrop the auriferous gossan comprises both quartz veins or small quartz blows surrounded by a matrix of finer grained limonitic material containing visible fine grained sulphides.
It is clear in the creek outcrop that gold is not confined only to the quartz zones previously tested but also into surrounding gossanous material.
The auriferous gossan seems to be strata bound and dips NE at around 20-30 degrees. Drilling has outlined gold within the gossan to depths of at least 200 metres.
The gossan would seem to occur around the nose of a synform.

UPCOMING DRILLING PROGRAM
JAB is planning a drilling program upon the closing of the current capital raising to evaluate the potential of the area.
JAB is of the view that there is an excellent chance the drilling will define a significant gold deposit.
